The oil mill inside our Albaluna farm, which allows us to crush the olives a few hours after harvesting, is the real secret of quality.

We have about 2,000 plants spread over about 5 hectares of land which, thanks to a very particular microclimate created by the proximity of the sea, a predominantly clayey soil and a height of about 300 meters above sea level, produce olives with unique and characteristic flavors.
