- Cleaning after three days for weekly stays

- Access to the swimming pool with two sunbeds for each accommodation
Breakfast:
- Buffet served on the veranda of the farmhouse both for the rooms ( included in the price) and for the other accommodations (not inlcuded in the price)
- Prices for breakfast: 15 euros adult, 10 euros children up to 10 years (up to 4 years free).
Brunch:
- Mixed cold cuts and cheese tasting platter including bread and coffee at 15 euros
- Stuffed sandwiches, water and coffee at 10 euros
Dinner:
- First and second dish, dessert, bread, coffee and amaro 30 euros adult – 15 euros children up to 10 years (up to 4 years free)
- We ask you to please book your dinner the day before
Reservation and cancellation policy:
Please read the booking rules below carefully. Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person making the reservation and for all the other subjects mentioned therein, including minors.
1. Reservation
It is possible to send an availability request and wait for our response.
Following the request, you will be sent an offer (non-binding). The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication showing the total price of the stay and after the payment of the deposit, to be made within 48 hours of our confirmation. If the payment is not made within the requested time, the reservation is to be considered void.
The reservation becomes binding for Podere Prataccio only upon payment of the deposit. Send a copy of the payment by e-mail to info@podereprataccio.it.
Podere Prataccio undertakes to send the customer a confirmation e-mail. Confirmation of booking implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the aforementioned confirmation data and to notify us of any anomalies as soon as possible. The communication must be received no later than 24 hours after receiving it. After this deadline we decline all responsibility for any inaccuracies.
Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person hosted.
To make any changes to your reservation you must contact the reception, who will do everything possible to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of this request. If the booking is moved to a period for which the price is higher than the amount paid, the customer is required to pay the difference.
2. Payment
General conditions
A deposit is required (excluding tourist tax and optional services) no later than 48 hours after booking confirmation. In case of non-receipt of the deposit within the indicated terms, the reservation is void. The same goes for the balance. In case of non-payment of the balance, the reservation will be canceled.
The amount of the deposit is equal to 30% of the stay of the total amount. As required by the Civil Code in art. 1385, will not be refunded in case of cancellation or non-presentation.
Payment methods accepted: bank transfer and credit card.
The balance of the reservation must be paid 30 days before the start of the stay. Any extras must be paid for before departure.
3.Extension of the stay
The extension of the stay requires an additional reservation and is subject to availability and rate changes.
4. Cancellation fees
Free cancellation up to 30 days from the start of the stay
After 30 days full payment for the stay
Early departure no refund is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore is required to pay the entire booked stay
5.NoShow
In case of no show, payment of the total amount of the stay
6. Causes of force majeure
The management declines all responsibility for disservices due to lack of supplies, accidental equipment failures or other causes of force majeure. We decline all responsibility for damage caused by other guests, weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases and theft.

- Cancellation for Covid: For restrictions caused by Covid, such as: illness, quarantine, or limits on travel between regions or countries. Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival and we issue a voucher for the same amount as the deposit paid, which can be spent within the following year.
Animals:
We love animals, we have a beautiful Pyrenean shepherd, but he was born here and we have equipped its with satellite. Unfortunately, the Maremma has the advantage of being authentic, wild and uncontaminated but at the same time it has the drawback, that precisely because of its peculiarities, it is very dangerous. Here you will find wild boar, roe deer, porcupines, foxes, badgers and many other species and for domestic animals that are not accustomed to this type of wild life it risks awakening the hunting instincts and making them lose in the woods without being able to find them anymore. Unfortunately it has already happened. So in order not to create misunderstandings, we say no to everyone without distinction. We are not ready to host them yet, we hope to be able to satisfy you in the future.
