to be cooked in a simple way and in the shortest possible time, to better savor its tender and delicate meat.<\/p><p>With salt it is very simple: in a high baking dish, create a first layer of salt, place the sea bass clean and well dried. The choice is yours whether to insert aromatic herbs, lemon slices and a head of garlic in its belly, or leave it natural. Finally cover it with the remaining salt, crushed well so that there are no holes.<\/p><p>Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.<\/p><p>After the time has passed, take the fish out of the oven. You should have formed a compact crust of salt that will come off easily, clean the skin and bones and place the fillets on a serving dish. Season with a drizzle of oil and parsley.<\/p><p>You can accompany the sea bass with steamed potatoes or other vegetables of your
